Return and Refund Policy
At Dewan Sons, we take pride in offering premium-quality fabrics and custom-tailored garments crafted with exceptional attention to detail. As many of our products are customised according to individual preferences, we maintain the following return and refund policy.
No Returns or Refunds
All purchases made from Dewan Sons are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any products once they have been purchased and delivered.
Fitting Assistance
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a fitting issue with a custom-tailored garment, we are happy to assist.
* Please notify our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Our team will arrange a video consultation to understand and assess the fitting concern.
* Based on the consultation, we will determine whether the issue is eligible for corrective alterations.
Alterations & Corrections
If the fitting issue is found to be valid after our assessment:
* We will provide the necessary alteration support.
* You may be required to send the garment back to our workshop for the required adjustments.
* The cost of shipping the garment back to Dewan Sons for alterations will be borne by the customer.
* Once the alterations are completed, the garment will be shipped back to you.
Reporting Period
All fitting-related concerns must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests received after this period may not be eligible for alteration support.
Conditions
To qualify for alteration assistance:
* The garment must be unused, unwashed, unworn (except for trial fitting), and free from stains, damage, or alterations by any third party.
* Original tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable) must be retained.
* Dewan Sons reserves the right to decline alteration requests if the product has been damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.
