We specialize in premium fabrics, custom tailoring, and made-to-measure menswear.
Due to differences in screen resolutions, lighting conditions, and photography, the actual colour and texture of fabrics may vary slightly from the images displayed on the website. Such variations do not constitute a product defect.
As many of our garments are handcrafted and customized, slight variations in embroidery, stitching, or finishing are a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship.
3. Custom Tailoring & Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when placing custom tailoring orders.
If measurements are submitted incorrectly by the customer, Dewan Sons shall not be held responsible for fitting issues arising from inaccurate information.
If assistance is required, customers are encouraged to contact our team before placing an order.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, any confirmed order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout where required.
5. Order Confirmation
Once an order has been successfully placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
Dewan Sons reserves the right to cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:
* Pricing or technical errors
* Product unavailability
* Suspected fraudulent transactions
* Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Dewan Sons shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country’s authorities.
7. Return, Refund & Alteration Policy

As a general policy:
* We do not accept returns or provide refunds.
* Genuine fitting concerns reported within 7 days of delivery may be reviewed through a video consultation.
* If approved, alteration support will be provided.
* The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garment back to Dewan Sons for alterations.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before production or processing has commenced.
Once tailoring, customization, embroidery, or dispatch has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product images, designs, logos, graphics, videos, text, and other creative materials, is the exclusive property of Dewan Sons and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dewan Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
